"Celebrating the life’s work of Dr Sun Huaiqing"
As part of a series celebrating businesses supported by Standard Chartered’s investment and partnership initiatives, I was tasked with creating a corporate video for Marubi, one of China’s leading cosmetics companies. Working from interview footage and supporting visuals, my goal was to craft a film that reflected the company’s values, achievements, and long-term vision.
The edit focused on identifying and highlighting the most impactful moments from the interviews, while weaving them together with visuals that showcased Marubi’s growth and success. Particular emphasis was placed on the achievements and leadership of Mr. Sun, ensuring his story remained at the heart of the narrative. By balancing corporate storytelling with a polished and engaging visual style, the final piece celebrated both the company’s accomplishments and the partnership that helped support its continued development.
